Coffee confidential-品味咖啡

To all coffee lovers, stay tune at Astro Wa Lai Toi , channel 311 every Sunday 9.00 - 9.30pm for the TV serie "Coffee confidential", <品味咖啡> hosted by Moses Chan, 陈豪.

The frist episode was about "Kopi Luwak". Now only I know that this coffee is damn expensive. But, as a coffee lover, one day, i must try this, at least once in my whole life!

P/S : Can anyone tell me where can i have Kopi Luwak in Malaysia?

麝貓咖啡(KOPI LUWAK)屬於印尼國寶級咖啡,每杯麝貓咖啡都帶有証書,不愧是全球身價最貴的咖啡。

Kopi Luwak (pronounced [ˈkopi ˈluwak]) or Civet coffee is coffee made from coffee berries which have been eaten by and passed through the digestive tract of the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and other related civet populations. The civets eat the berries, but the beans inside pass through their system undigested. This process takes place on the islands of Sumatra, Java and Sulawesi in the Indonesian Archipelago, in the Philippines (where the product is called Motit Coffee in the Cordillera, or Kape Alamid in Tagalog areas) and in East Timor (locally called kafé-laku). Local lore in Vietnam has given the name "weasel coffee" to civet coffee, in what is considered the closest recognizable translation to English
